APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP OF FNRM
Ordinary membership (Over 65)

Annual Membership is valid for twelve months, from the date of registration.
By selecting “I am a UK taxpayer …” under the Gift Aid section of the form, you are agreeing to this declaration.
Declaration
I confirm that I am a UK taxpayer and understand that if I pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax in the current year than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations, then it will be my responsibility to pay the difference. I agree that this, and any subsequent membership subscriptions and donations in future years, may be treated under the Gift Aid scheme.
